Are the Oath Keepers Liable in a Seditionious Conspiracy Case?
On Monday, four other members of the Oath Keepers are scheduled to go on trial on seditious conspiracy charges. The question is whether a jury will hold them accountable for sedition even though none of them were leaders of the group. We talked before about Stuart Rhodes being a graduate of Yale Law School and deciding to take the stand in his own defense. Do you think that helped him at all with some of the charges he was found not guilty of? It certainly didn't help him with the most serious charge in a seditious conspiracy.
