The Devils and the Easter Conference Finals

The New York Rangers are not favored anywhere in this series. Vegas is saying if you play this series a hundred times the Devils will win it 52% of the time. I think the Devils have an 82 game structure that plays better against the New York Rangers than it would in a seven game sample. If all we have to go off is essentially how the Rangers played the final five weeks of the season, they didn't lose a lot of games the final 5 weeks. The Jersey team added O'Mire but that's essentially the roster they've been running out the entire season.
