We're actually like delivering the talent versus the software. We've kind of taken a lot of the software learnings over the last five years, vertically integratedit into a staffing and hiring business. What we on is just like a multiple choice test that you can do on your phone instead of on, you know, pencil and paper. The learning was you actually only have to be 5% better or 10% better to build a massive company.
