How to Manage Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain in Children and Young People
In Australia, the government set up these multidisciplinary clinics. But it's resource intensive and often doing these kind of group pain programs requires a lot of time and hard work. I just think even just lining up appointments is really tricky. If I was working in a more isolated environment without that support, I would try and make connections and be able to bounce ideas off people. It can be really hard to know when that moment is of, oh, do I refer on and what questionnaires should I use?
