Is Convergent Thinking a Riskier Way of Thinking?
Emil: I think potentially i have a little bit more insecurity with convergent thinking. He says business leaders are rewarded for making calls on things, and divergent thinking doesn't necessarily allow you to mae calls on things. "I would argue that, at least mot the way my head processes it, is it a riskier way of thinking," Emil adds.
