GPTN, Global Payments and Treasury Network

Stripe is ambitiously moving towards the Global Payments and Treasury Network. When that team was like, okay, to do this, we're going to need to think about abstractions beyond just like each of the APIs we already have,. They went around every team at Stripe and was like, here's the design we're thinking of; what potential problems can you see?
