Giuliani and the Fire Commissioner

When Giuliani came in, now we're getting into the late 90s, I used to park the car and have Pete turn the car before going to work. The same area that I was afraid to get out of the car before Giuliani. That's what good of a job he did. So anyway, I had Larry Rank, Tony Fusco asked me to come on for years.
