Is There a Fee Structure on Green Light?

The only people that the banks hate are deadbeats like me. They actually refer to you as a deadbeat if you always pay your balance in full. That's somebody who pays their bills, not somebody who doesn't pay their bills. If you run a irregular balance like every other month, they're still collecting interest from day of charge pretty much through the year.
