Is There a Need to Disclose Better Data?

There's a lot of evidence about diversity being good for a company, you know, not from a moral but just from making them more competitive and inevative. But i think where that really accelerates s is when th the pressure comes from investors or regulators to disclose better data on progress toward some end. And if you look at how climate change reporting has changed over the last ten years, you get an idea of what that kind of pressure could achieve. There's limitations to what corporate disclosures andiversity programms will achieve in terms of big social change sos. It's just knowing we know where those boundaries are.
