There are two, at least two subsets of sacrelatont pain that i believe we should be able to identify ultimately. If you have pain on compressing the joint, that is form a sure. And may be that as an inflammatory condition. But if it's the other way round, where closure makes the pain go away, then the treatment should be physiotherapeutic. I would actually give them sterial action, and yan look at antiflammatories for spondilo athropaty rather than some sort of mechanical instability. All these things could potentially be built up more in the research into this type of problem. There was no reason why people shouldn't get
