The Cost of Investing in a Stock

No, I don't think there's a common one. We could have bought this Um, it seemed cheap. But we saw other ones that were even cheaper. So yeah, there's lots of ones where you probably should buy the asset play thing. The reason this was cheap to some extent and definitely the reason some other things were even cheaper is disliked insiders.
