How to Add Whirlpool Hops to Your Brew
When it comes to adding whirlpool hops i feel like we are prone to potentially pull more more more hops from the kettle indoor fermenter than maybe other breweries are set up for. We have a kind of a taller skinnier kettle and so anyway we end up we were in a spot of continuing to kind of get this mercaptan character in our ipase and i couldn't quite figure it out.
