Weather Balloons - Why Do They Pop?
Some weather balloons are so high that they can see the blue sky below. But in some cases, such as during last month's eclipse, their payloads just pop. So why don't these Pop? Some of the instrumentation is on parachutes. Other stuff gets lost in the oceans and then people dot it's its ok now and then.
