i think in general, trending toward lower carbohydrates is better if you're already sick. In the past, i've actually sure studies when they gave honey to diabetics, and their insolent sensitivity improved. So i don't think honey is pushing you in the wrong direction. Getting bet sur t spikes might not be a great thing because your gocos might spike. You might have aot olowd os, otas, bori foctos. If you're pre diabetic, if you 're obese, do 75 hundred grams of carbohydrates a day. See how you do. Do all of those things and moniter. But i think tha lower carbohydrate diets could be better
