Matt is currently head of teaching a three, six and five schools working as one. He was deputy director of the hub before taking on this new role. Matt says he missed being in the classroom but wanted to take lessons from last year's roll-out at scale. "What we want to call off here wouldn't work without... A lot of head teachers having a bit of faith in us"
