If you put your hand on your heart, you can help to keep more attention in the body. And also, it's the beginning of nurturing. It's never too early to nurture. Just feel and breathe. Breathe and feel, in my sense, what's most vulnerable, what's the worst part? Where is it in your body? What's the shape of it, the felt sense of it?"
