Exactly. But that's with empiricism in mind. So without that, without doing actual research. So if you take that away, then it's even worse. So, so how do we solve this problem of on one hands, with the ones therapy to be rigid, we don't want to have a standardized thing for everything. But at the same time, we kind of need those things to avoid just having a complete shitshow of therapies that are complete not totally.

I mean, so my day job, you know, I'm a professor teaching people how to be psychological doctors. Okay. So that's what I do. And then the issue is, yeah, what's what is this all about? And so, and how to do that? So my fundamental frame is that you bring, it's actually called test wrap is sort of the technical definition. And essentially, it's training individuals in theoretically, and empirically supported treatment and relationship principles and processes. Okay. And it's the last two, this really key. So if you understand the the metaphysical ontological theoretical structure of human mental behavior, that's on a lot of the technical fucking jargon I bring. Sorry. But it's basically like, how do you understand how people work? Okay. And you understand how people get into actual problems. And then you understand how people would enter into the a world of psychotherapy and begin a adaptive transformation process. Okay, do you, that's the question. Do you understand those dynamics? And if you understand those dynamics in general, okay, then you can bring principles and processes to the real specific condition of the particular relationship that you have, and an act of participatory dynamic, now I'm using John Vravakie's language, you're a participatory dynamic identity to cultivate the dance toward adaptive outcome. And that's your task. Okay. And so then the fundamental issue is, well, what is the architecture that affords you reliably to get the variables in proper relation? What is the skill and competency sense that I can enter if you're my client, how do I enter your world, know the general problem area, and then know you, Diego, as a particular unique individual, and how do I'm I am going to interface as a unique individual myself in the real, to cultivate the particular kind of principle and process relations that are associated with good outcome with good theoretical justification. That's my task. And if you do that, you can do that reliably and effectively, well, then you're a good therapist and you've done good work.
