Twitter's internal research appears to suggest that over 60% of people who got a harmful reply nudge actually decided not to post or edited their tweet. And she said she believed there was no one able to work on the feature at the momentThere are other features too, like this harmful replies nudge. But if they're not being maintained, then you get this inconsistent kind of behavior - which is what we hope will happen with these new tools.
