Basics Before Biohacking

We are, this is functional breathing. So this is evolutionary based breathing. One of the things that has happened in a very short time period is that we as humans have evolved to breathe dysfunctionally. We just need to change the cadence because babies breathe way too fast compared to what we're going to breathe. And then also too, if you look at the biochemistry of a baby, they've actually done studies on this. But over time, when we have this constant sympathetic state, this high-stress state, high cortisol state that's impacting us, high adrenaline state as well, then we lose this sensitivity that we have to CO2. That's just the problem ends up happening
