There have been a handful of studies where they take relatively high level collegiate athletes, and they basically say like a, you sleep seven ish hours per night. What if you just slept nine or ten for a few weeks, and then you observe the changes. They do tend to find a pretty striking improvements in a pretty wide array of measures pretty quickly. But again, wert, we're not talking about tremendously long interventions there, and they don't also include like, a long term sleepe on a group for comparison.
