The New Regs Have Worked, It's Closed the Field Up
It's hard to imagine another period of domination, is that because the new regs have worked. I mean, the evidence of what we're seeing from you guys at the minute, is that that's not the case. When you introduced such radical regulation, changes your somebody's gong to get it right, somebody's going to get it wrong. And kver a period of time, the field will converge.
