The Vesubulac Reflex Is a Reflex of the Ear Eyes
The vesubulac reflex is basically the ear eye balance reflex. The goal, from an evolutionary standpoint, of the system is to keep the or vision stable when our heads are moving. We can exploit that at the bedside to test the reflexs integrity. If you have a normal vestibulacular reflex, their eyes will just say, dead, bang, put. They're just still. And most people, that will happen whether you rotate them to the right or to the left. It's the fast rotation that counts. So if you've displaced the head a little bit towards the patient's right shoulder, and then you rotate the head rapidly back towards the mid line,
