An f 16 is an obvious answer. I mean, i don't have the current all baky. You can look at those deserts in the states and see the numbers of aeroplanes in storage,. many of which are in not too bad condition. F 16 is a really good example of a platform that that sort of fulfils that requirement. It would need to be something relatively plentiful, so you can give them without taking them away from your own orbat. And it's probably better nick than some of the poor ucranian aircraft that are absolutely being ground into the dust. But let's say it wasn't' 16 - it would take you roughly six months to learn how
