How to Protect Attention During High Stress Intervals

When the demands are high and protracted, attentions going to get worse. We saw that giving people as little as four weeks of formal training and asking them to do 12 to 15 minutes a day was able to keep attention stable overtime. The one thing that did work a is something called mindfulness meditation. It meets the exact same paine point we've been talking about this entire time. Our attention gets high jacked away from the here and the now without our, without us knowing about it. So if we can train our mind to be more here, more often, probably we'll be able to stave off a lot of distractability and stress related decline.
