i'm unconventional in e sense, i don't make a recipe twice the same way. And number two, i question things that are called for to put in. I address this in my book, because i don't want anybody to go, and a quarter teaspoon of salt, and my cooking is ruin. So i i told people, you know what? Salt is a very personal issue. You're not going to ruin your recipe if you don't put salt in it at all. It's my business.
