There were plenty of attack lines that had nothing at all to do with judging or with the law at all. Plenty of time was spent exploring contentious political issues, the type that people get very exercised about on cable news shows. The matter of critical race theory was brought up repeatedly - a theory jackson has no particular relationship with and has no bearing on a judge's job.
