CUNAC's Blocking of the Agenda Recognition Bill
Tories will be feeling presumably they think this may be good news for the union if bad news for them electorally. Boris Johnson was such an unattractive figure in Scotland that his absence gives them a partial clean slate to start again. A majority of Scots actually supported CUNAC's decision on the agenda recognition bill which you can't imagine that same support for something so provocative like that if Boris Johnson had done it. Labour are realistically the only party that can hope to replace the SNP in Scotland and I think they're still a long way off that. Since Anna Sarwar came in there's certainly been more energy about them and maybe more of a drive to start eating into that SNP lead.
