How to Lose Fat Faster Than You Think

It takes about three weeks of no training to lose actual lean muscle tissue, as opposed to just losing water and glycogen in your muscles. So you could be off for two or three weeks, your muscles might look quite a bit smaller, but that's not because you've lost actual muscleti. Once you get back in the gim, within a week or so, you just look back to your normal size. That's mostly because water and glagagin coming back.
