Eugene Robinson: I met Jeff Bezos backstage at a tech conference where he was speaking. He talks about this idea that, you know, sort of old school retail stylist and personalization was based on one person's opinion. What if you melded the best of what a human can do in this space with what algorithms could do in personalizing a shopping experience?
