A good balance of omega 3 to omega 6 both are really important. Omega 6 in my body is inflammatory that doesn't make sense but so internally I suggest try to shoot for a one-to-one ratio. Good brain food also makes you feel happy. If we can bring down inflammation mitigate the impact from your LA environment, promote barrier balance especially with that new retinol then you might actually feel a lot more comfortable. That's what I would do in my 20s protect and make sure that you're getting the right nutrients.
