The Bible, as the instruction manual for life, it is true. The Bible first and foremost is a book about redemption because you're not very good at living your life the way the Bible says. Instead of preaching the law, which shows us our sin and misery, then it shows us our need for Christ. We preach Christ and then we show how we would do when to follow God's instruction.
