The Failingness of the Gospel

In the first Corinthian letter that we have in chapter one is the, the foolishness of the gospel. It sounds foolish to a culture that values strength and power and might that God would condescend in such a way that he'd be willing to submit himself to death on a cross. And it's through those sufferings and those challenges that actually the power has come. This makes it seem, I mean, it's very evident that there's some suffering going on.
