The Climate Conversation - Where Are These Omissions Coming From?
Zeek: How much longer can the world keep going up before it crosses some truly scary thresholds? That's a great question. You know, if we cut omissions very quickly, we can hopefully limit warming to close to or even below one point five degrees. If we keep on the pathway we're heading on to day, we'll probably end p at three degrees or higher, or slightly below, by the end of the century. It's certainly possible that the world takes a turn for the worse and we could see even higher temperatures.
