I can't imagine what it's like having to go and say goodbye to a friend like that. What do you say to someone who is dying in the next couple of weeks, and they're so young? But I really appreciated what she said, and I did it this day - which is again, miles out of my comfort zone. You just want to instill that feeling of love and appreciation for them but it was hard. A lot of it's nonverbal, you have a hug, and you just share that moment,. But when you walk out of that room, it's like, wow, like I'm not seeing her again. Very odd. very difficult.
