The Story of the Cook Kids
There was always the baby in the house. So with more and more mouths to feed, Helen's like, okay, well, we can't afford to go grocery shopping all the time. She starts growing fruit, vegetables. When the fruit ripened, she would send the kids out to pick them so she could turn it into jam. The next day, the cook kids would run to school and they would brag about how many eggs they ate. All the kids would be so jealous. My mom only lets me eat one egg. She says it's too much sugar.
