Is Your Union Going to Be a Picket Line?

A lot of people pick up their politics almost like an aesthetic, as opposed to a thing that is about fixing the problems in their lives. Even though it's imperfect, it's basically what you've got. You can destroy a union if you aren't engaged. A union can be destroyed by people who think they just want to get my raise and let go home. It's not the end of the world that your union isn't perfect, but you've got to do everything you can to do your best to make it better.
