Every single person has their own goals and no shared goals. So then they just start fighting about when are we going to prioritize my thing? And that is the quickest way to like kill an executive team, I think. People really misconstrue OKRs because they use it more as a performance metric for how they're doing rather than a strategy metric. If you look at the whole executive team of an organization or even like all the directors, a product of an organization under one product line, they should be sharing a higher level of care.
