Felony Conspiracy Charges
In the months ahead, 17 defendants are scheduled to go to trial for he role in felony conspiracies. A conspiracy means carried out, planned in advance and at least one overt actin furtherenc of the conspiracy. To drill urge and prove a conspiracy, you must show as one of the elements of the crime, agreement among the members.
