One of the really fascinating techniques you talk about is self hypnosis. So I wonder if you could describe the difference between self hypnosis and deliberately trying to think more useful thoughts. When you learn to, to hypnotize yourself, which is not difficult, you know, there's an eye movement that happens. And then you go down a set of steps of deeper and deeper into the subconscious or going towards the gateway. You have direct access to your subconscious now.
