The best thing that we can do is heal ourselves. We are capable of creating healthy relationships, regardless of what we've experienced or witnessed in our lives. Em and i often talk about sematic experiencing where you hold your hands on a table and they actually help you release all the stress from your body. And so simple things even like noticing how you feel when something happens in, you know, a tromatizing situation,. Or going for a run if all of a sudden your body feels like moving. These are the things that we do to move through oure ances rather than just holding on to them in the body.
