The Trends in Summer Occupancy
We are seeing the reversion occupancy and I mean, as far out as we can see into the summer, so we're seeing that continue. We expect this summer to end up about 67% occupied when it's all said and done. That's compared to 71% last year and 75% in 2021. So, low compared to the highs in 2021, but still north of 62% from the summer of 2019.
