The mayor has talked a lot both in his campaign and as mayor about selling NYCHA air rights. Is there anything moving on that front, it seems to be something the mayor has thought to be very promising? I really am very positive that once they get back into the cadence after receiving their e-wrap money, we will see that money come in and our rent arrears start to go down to pandemic levels.
