Yupgen Yuprigojan issued a statement via his press office challenging Russian lawmakers to fund private armies or go to Ukraine front lines and fight themselves. Praggojan for years has been described as a mastermind behind Wagner, the infamous troll factory which was caught interfering in the US presidential elections but he was always very low-key. Joe Biden's interview that came out last night with CNN offered his views on Putin's rationale behind the invasion.
