I do think in junior K we focus so much on the money but I'm always telling my students like I had a couple girls years ago they were making three and four hundred thousand dollars working 25 hours a week. That's not just a little bit of growth that's like monumental growth, she says. Sometimes we think that productive equals time there's a difference between busy and being productive right? Being productive is not just about money for women it has to be very productive or you'll never reach your goals. You should definitely do one community oh I know I don't have a podcast yeah that was supposed to be my essential for this round but I pushed it up but maybe the 1% community
