There is an anti trust issue with this pricing. I do think it is developers that are in the costs, not consumers. There is a sort of arbitrary nature at times in the approval process. And so if a developer takes this and starts get a little bit pissed off at 30%. It can literally break your business. i have a hard time believing that's the case in this sort of market.
