Ketogenic Diet

Ketogenic diet is always sort of positioned as this extremely arduous, very difficult to adhere to. So interesting, what I find somewhat frustrating from a clinical perspective is that there's this ketogenic diet which could have a profound positive impact for someone if they were to embark on it. Most people's thoughts of it's going to be terrible for my cardiovascular health, you know. It's almost the option is not there for so many people, it's taken off the table before they even get an opportunity to try it.
