How Forgiveness Is a Sin Works
The cross is displaying the profound consequences of sin and the cost of sin but the cost is born by God himself in a personal way. In bankruptcy law, it's not like we just tear up the debt like magically there's a reckoning line by line and in ordering of what's owed. Maybe there ought to be a role for apology in bankruptcy an opportunity for a debtor to apologize to their creditors for not for breaking the promise that they were going to repay what they're borrowed.
