Damon and Rhaenyra's Childbirth

I thought we had seen the worst of childbirth in this season so far. I was wrong. That was one of the most traumatizing things I have seen on a screen in a really long time. Rhaenyra is not here. She may die. In fact, everyone knows the history of Targaryens and pregnancies. And she really is ruling in a way that her father would have. Don't you think? Damon would view this negatively.
