Mentoring - The Y Axis Is Confidence and the X Is Competency
The Dunning cougar effect, K-R-U-G or it's like this thing of like if you think of it, the Y axis is confidence and the X axis is competence. As a mentor, especially for people that are making career transitions into tech to improve work life balance and all these things, seeing them struggle can be really hard. But ideally people that are going through boot camps and stuff like the end justifies the means if you're able to stick with it.
