The Importance of Positive Directions
Walking is an incredibly useful activity within which to explore these ideas. You're basically telling the lower level processes in your system maybe if you want to put it this way. Figure out another way to do whatever it is. I certainly experiment with that with myself while I am walking, usually when my daily walk. And I usually feel or notice maybe I should say that something frees up when I think of that.
